SABINE GEE – REDEFINING MIDLIFE

Hi, I’m Sabine Gee, a Women’s Health & Menopause Coach, passionate about helping women like you navigate midlife differently. When menopause hit me at 55, I was caught completely off guard. I faced insomnia, brain fog, joint pain, irritability—symptoms that dropped my quality of life to zero. With little support from friends or my gynecologist, I felt completely alone and unsure about my future.
Determined to take control, I dove deep into research, consulted top menopause experts, and drew on years of experience as an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach. I developed a holistic program that has helped many women, including myself, reclaim energy, health, and even a renewed sense of sexual fulfillment.

My approach centers on three core pathways:
